1. Eligibility & Acceptance

2.2 Account Security

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (applicable for all methods). Once a deposit is successfully completed, it is added to the account. For any transaction-related issues, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, if verification is in progress, the time may increase slightly. acb99 does not charge any additional fees for processing withdrawals.

3.3 Transaction Restrictions

acb99 reserves the right to investigate accounts and hold funds in cases of suspicious or unusual transactions. During an investigation, the relevant user must cooperate by providing information.

4. Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers

acb99 offers a special welcome bonus for new members. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming a bonus:

4.1 Welcome Bonus Details

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Terms

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the deposit).

Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳22,500 (15 × ৳1,500) in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus is applicable only once (per account, per household, and per device).
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
• acb99 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5. VIP Program & Cashback

acb99's VIP Program has a total of 5 levels. Through regular play, a member can gradually advance to higher levels and enjoy more benefits.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP level progression depends entirely on acb99's internal evaluation. Cashback is credited to the account automatically each week.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on acb99. Engaging in any such activity will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Money laundering or conducting any unlawful financial activity.
• Playing using bots, automated software, or any other artificial means.
• Attempting to transfer the benefits of one account to another account.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, malware, or cyber attacks.
• Operating or controlling an account on behalf of a third party.
• Causing harm to other users by providing fraudulent information.

7. Betting & Game Rules

7.1 Bet Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be fully refunded.
